In 1973, 50 holidaymakers were killed after a fire ripped through Summerland, a holiday resort on the Isle of Man. 80 more were seriously injured.
Despite serious failings in the design, construction and management of the building, it was ruled as ‘death by misadventure’.
This is our campaign to overturn that verdict and deliver justice for all those affected.
